Robert had previously retired from the El Paso, Texas, Police Department after 25 years of service, and retired as a Deputy Chief in 2003. Robert has trained thousands of law enforcement officers throughout the United States and Europe, and has been a guest speaker at numerous gangs and narcotics conferences.
