    This seminar is ideal for state, local, and federal law enforcement officers, homicide investigators, supervisors, and administrators, as well as state and federal probation and parole officers who investigate Mexican Cartels and Gangs and other criminals involved in drug and human trafficking.  Others who should attend include all state and federal prosecutors, correction officers, private detention officers, as well as crime analysts. 


    Robert Almonte was appointed by President Barack Obama, as the United States Marshal for the Western District of Texas in 2010. Where he served for six years until 2016. Robert had previously retired from the El Paso, Texas, Police Department after 25 years of service, and retired as a Deputy Chief in 2003. Robert has trained thousands of law enforcement officers throughout the United States and Europe, and has been a guest speaker at numerous gangs and narcotics conferences.
