The North Carolina Gang Investigators Association (NCGIA) and Gang Free North Carolina (GFNC) awards has been developed to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of law enforcement, corrections officers, departments, gang units, youth, programs and criminal justice professionals in the Carolinas.
