This class presents an historical overview of early motorcycle clubs and how they have evolved into today’s outlaw motorcycle gangs. The class will also address specifics detailing identification, terminology, membership and associates, criminal activities, and current gang trends.,
Upon completion of the presentation, attendees will be able to:
Identify OMGs through identifiers including tattoos, colors/cuts, key words, abbreviations, and mottos/slogans.
Understand the history of OMGs in the United States and appreciate how it relates to the modern day motorcycle gangs.
Discuss the importance of officer safety when dealing with members of OMGs .
Understand the necessity of information sharing and intelligence gathering as it relates to OMGs
All Law Enforcement are invited to attend the training.
